Truly Random

Okay i had this bizzar idea. Imagine somebody with Obsesive Compulsive order. Now imagine that they study physics. This is nothing new. Now imagine that their OCD only functions with brownian motion...e.g. the only time that they have satisfied their OCD is if everything around them is completely random. His house is a complete mess but everything in it is scattered according to a random number generator.
